Manufacturer Return/Refund Information

 - If an order is cancelled once it has shipped and needs to be intercepted during transit and returned, an interception fee of $30 USD will be deducted from the refund. Once the product is delivered, customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost of the product. Product must be returned unopened for a full refund.
  -  Any claim for defective merchandise must be packed in the original boxes without any writing on the box.
 - Claims for defects or missing parts must be made within 30 days.  Please use the included instruction manual to confirm all parts are included.
 - Pictures are required to claim defective merchandise. Please e-mail  support@peachtreeisland.com
 - We will not accept any exchange or return on any used, previously displayed, or assembled merchandise.
 - Any claims for merchandise damaged in transit must be made through the freight carrier and Peach Tree. Before signing the freight bill, please inspect all boxes for damages. (Please make sure the carrier signs the freight bill for any damages).
- For replacement parts, please email support@peachtreeisland.com to complete a part request form with the manufacturer's warranty policy, which can be found inside the furniture packaging. 
  - Please carefully inspect the product upon arrival, use the assembly instruction manual to check that every piece needed to assemble the furniture is on hand and in perfect condition, make sure you received the total amount of boxes shipped (some products ship in two or three boxes). If a product arrives damaged, defective or is missing we will provide a replacement part for those pieces affected. Our customer service department will process your request and send you the replacement parts needed.

Shipping - We offer free Ground shipping in all of our products. Products ship from the warehouse no later than 3 days after purchase ( usually within one business day).
